Terms of Service

Rose Bounty is a digital infrastructure platform operated by AGTT Investments Limited. It is designed to help authorised humans and software agents discover capabilities, obtain quotes, make payments, request execution, and receive verification evidence and receipts.

Use of Rose Bounty constitutes acceptance of the transaction-specific terms presented with a quote and these platform terms. A user or AI agent must have authority to act for the person or organisation it represents. Agent operators remain responsible for configuring mandates, spending limits, credentials and approval boundaries.

A quote defines the capability, price, currency, scope, expiry and applicable verification or refund rules. A quote may expire or become unavailable before payment. A confirmed payment does not authorise a different scope from the associated quote.

Rose Bounty may use automated systems to classify requests, route work, monitor payments, perform bounded execution, verify results and produce records. Sensitive or exceptional actions may be paused for human review. Email alone never authorises a bank-account change, high-value refund, credential reset, transfer or other sensitive financial action.

Third-party providers, including payment processors and capability providers, may be used. Their services can be subject to their own terms, availability and regulatory requirements. Rose Bounty does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every capability will be suitable for every purpose.

Users must not use Rose Bounty for unlawful activity, fraud, credential abuse, harmful automation, interference with systems, sanctions evasion, deceptive activity, unauthorised access, or any activity prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an availability and capability-specific basis. Liability is limited to the extent stated in the applicable transaction terms and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Rose Bounty may suspend access where necessary to protect users, providers, infrastructure, payment integrity or legal compliance. Policies may be updated; material changes will be versioned. Contact: rose@agttglobal.org.
